Returns & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you may be unhappy with your item or items and would like to arrange a return please do so within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging & tagging.
We only accept refunds on full price items, items that are in sale cannot be refunded.
To complete your return:
Please email email@example.com to let us know which item(s) you would like to return. We will then issue you with the next steps on how to return your items.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 working days.
If you need to exchange an item or items for different sizes, colours etc please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you with this.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
